I love the necklace! It exceeds my expectations. The chain is delicate and the heart is dainty and lovely. It is beautiful! It’s also helpful that the chain has an extender so I can wear at different lengths. Customer service was excellent- questions always answered promptly. I’m very happy!

This is much smaller than I thought it was. The chain is not long enough for an adult. I have already ordered an extender. I purchased this for a 15 year old so I’m sure a few extra inches will be enough to get the same result as the picture online.
